For ongoing weekly programmes, these are delivered through Training Peaks software. This automatically syncs to most sports watches to that you can follow the workout there, and the data is uploaded back into the platform. Alongside this, you need to record how it felt and write some comments in order.
As athletes progress, they tend to move from working with Relative Perceived Effort (RPE), to Pace, Heart Rate and then to Power (for cycling and running). As a qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer with Level 4 Corrective Exercise, Level 2 Diiploma British Triathlon Coach, Level 2 England Athletics Running Coach, Level 1 British Cycling Coach and Level 2 Training Peaks Coach, Jenny is experienced in working with all of these approaches and using them to get results and success against goals.
In addition, Jenny brings a series of wider coaching tools and techniques from sports psychology, business, personal development, and lived experience of injury, rehabilitation and recovery.
